Trends: According to Federal and State Market News Service, compared to
last week, Slaughter cows and bulls 2.00 lower. Feeder steers under 400
lbs 10.00 to 12.00 lower, over 400 lbs steady to 4.00 lower. Feeder
heifers under 350 lbs 9.00 lower, over 350 lbs steady to 4.00 lower.
Feeder bulls under 500 lbs 9.00 lower, over 500 lbs steady to 5.00 lower.
Quality fair to good. Demand moderate.
Slaughter cows 70 hd; Bulls 16 hd; Total feeders 871 hd; Feeder supply:
steers and bulls 523 hd, heifers 348 hd; Feeders over 600 lbs 221 hd;
Replacement and/or feeder cows 34 hd.
