Suicide is the 10th-leading cause of death in the United States, claiming approximately 30,000 lives each year. Suicide rates among youth, ages 15-24, have increased more than 200 percent in the last 50 years. The Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network is dedicated to educating professionals and community members on this preventable cause of death. More information can be found at www.tspn.org.
