City Beautiful names Fall Decorating Contest winners

The home of James Partee at 2170 Joshua Dr., in Dyersburg, was named Most Original in the 2012 City Beautiful Fall Decorating Contest. Judging for the annual contest took place Oct. 24-30.

Members of the Dyersburg City Beautiful Commission recently announced the winners of the organization's Fall Decorating Contest.

The 2012 Fall Decorations Contest took place Oct. 24-30. An annual initiative of the City Beautiful Commission, judges took to the streets of Dyersburg to find the most original, humorous, spookiest and beautiful home and door decorations.

Homeowners honored with awards include:

* Most Original -- James Partee at 2170 Joshua Drive

* Spookiest -- Alfred Yarbro at 903 Moody Drive

* Best Fall -- David and Denise Fisher at 828 Granger Circle
