Trends: According to Federal and State Market News Service, compared to
last week, Slaughter cows 4.00 higher. Bulls not well established. Feeder
steers and bulls under 400 lbs 5.00 to 15.00 higher, over 400 lbs 2.00 to
10.0 higher. Feeder heifers under 400 lbs 3.00 to 12.00 higher, over 400
lbs steady to 4.00 higher. Quality fair to good. Demand good.
Slaughter cows 94 hd; Bulls 6 hd; Total feeders 497 hd; Feeder supply:
steers and bulls 338 hd, heifers 159 hd; Feeders over 600 lbs 169 hd;
Replacement and/or feeder cows 47 hd.
