Tommy Ray Rogers, 28, 674 Boothspoint Road, Lenox, Tenn., and Heather Cruz, 31, 100 Marr Drive Apt. 29, Dyersburg, Tenn., were both indicted by the Dyer County Grand Jury last month on a straight indictment.
Between December 2011 and May 2012, Rogers and Cruz allegedly obtained over $11,300 from TY Farming Company Inc. in Dyer County. The Dyersburg Police Department investigated the case and found the two suspects reportedly changed the amounts payable on approximately 20 checks issued to them by the company. The amount on each check was said to have been increased between $600-$700.
Rogers and Cruz are out of jail on $10,000 bonds and will appear again in Dyer County Circuit Court on March 5 at 9 a.m.

Some people just can't help themselves to things that do not belong to them. Let them think about their mistake for the next 3-5 years in a jail cell.
Some people are just plain stupid...
True that you can't fix stupid, it can be overcome by fear. Some time at Ft Pillow can give a whole new outlook.
WOW! what has Cruz done to herself now, got in with the wrong crowd, remembered her as a caring wife, step mom, hard worker as a surgical tech, had a wonderful husband, a new home, wonderful life, one thing led to another, a good career, throws all that away-then divorced...who knows what else, now she will have to suffer the consequences! Prayers coming your way...
