McIver's Grant Public Library will open its new building at 9 a.m., on Monday, Jan. 14, with limited services available. 'We have wifi capabilities, but our public computers will not be available for use until the end if the week,' said Library Director Dara Gonzales. 'Moving has been quite a task. We could not have done it without the outpouring of support and assistance from the community. Over 40 people volunteered their time to help us move into the new facility and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of them.' The new library will be open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The library will close on Monday, Jan. 21 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
