Trends: According to Federal and State Market News Service, compared to
last week, Slaughter cows 1.00 higher. Bulls 2.00 higher. Feeder steers
under 600 lbs 2.00 to 9.00 higher, over 600 steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder
heifers under 500 lbs 1.00 to 4.00 lower, over 500 lbs steady to 2.00
higher. Feeder bulls under 550 lbs 3.00 to 10.00 higher, over 550 lbs
steady to 1.00 higher. Quality fair to good. Demand good.
Slaughter cows 62 hd; Bulls 15 hd; Total feeders 499 hd; Feeder supply:
steers and bulls 304 hd, heifers 195 hd; Feeders over 600 lbs 82 hd;
Replacement and/or feeder cows 39 hd.
