Robert Bahrns, 76, of Dyersburg, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at the Highlands of Dyersburg Health & Rehab.
He was a retired prep manager for World Color Press in Mt. Vernon, IL and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Anthony Hertel officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Bahrns of Dyersburg; a daughter, Sharon Weichlein and husband, Mark, of Dyersburg; two sons, Robert "Bobby" Bahrns and fiancÚ, Stephanie Campbell, and Jeff Bahrns, all of Pendleton, OR; three sisters, Norma Spence of Waverly, Betty Smith of Louisville, IL and Rosemary Gray and husband, David, of O'Fallon, IL; a brother, Richard "Rick" Bahrns and wife, Jane, of Flora, IL; five grandchildren, Anthony Hertel and wife, Jeanna, of Dyersburg, Whitney Bahrns and Britney Bahrns, both of Pendleton, OR, Amber Hankins and husband, Brian, of Finley, and Kyle Shook, of Dyersburg; and five great-grandchildren, Xavier Hertel, Xander Hertel, Adam Shook, Colton Hankins and Kailee Hankins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Malinda Miller Bahrns; and two brothers, Ralph Bahrns and Dale Bahrns.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Highlands of Dyersburg Activity Fund.

Holly June Hall, 35, of Doniphan, MO passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at her residence.
She was an assistant office manager with Current River Sheltered Workshop and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Neelyville, MO. She was a former stocker at Country Mart in Dyersburg, member of the Family Counseling Clubhouse in Poplar Bluff, MO and was a 1997 graduate of Dyersburg High School.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Leutert and the Rev. Kenny Chessor officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
The family received visitors from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her mother, Karen Wells Curtis of Doniphan, MO; a sister, Ashley Curtis of Friendship; her grandfather, Paul Wells of Dyersburg; a niece, Camila Alcaraz of Friendship; and her special aunt, Charlotte Bennett of Dyersburg.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Hall; her grandmother, Doris Vonell Wells Riggs; her grandfather, Allen Riggs; and her paternal grandparents, James and June Hall.
Pallbearers were Justin Davis, Brent Lewis, Tracey Craig, Clay Chambers, James Smith and Steve Smith.

Tanya Renee Rogers, 39 of Newbern, Tennessee died Saturday, February 8, 2014, at her residence in Newbern, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, May 15, 1974 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Tanya was a former employee with the Dyer County Board of Education where she worked in the cafeteria at Northview Middle School.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. James Hooper officiating. Interment will follow in Sorrell's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:30 PM-4:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by her two sons, Ethan Johnson and Dylan Johnson both of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Peyton Wells of Newbern, Tennessee; her adoptive mother, Martha Baucom of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her biological mother, Beverly White Zecher and her husband, Anthony of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her eight brothers, Brock Barr of Trimble, Tennessee, Chance Barr of Churchton, Tennessee, Kyler Baucom, Billy Shane Baucom, Mark Baucom, John Cody Baucom and Eric Wells all of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Jay Wells of Finley, Tennessee; six sisters, Tiffany Adkins of Memphis, Tennessee, Kim Rush of Jackson, Tennessee, Robin Barr of Colonial Heights, Virginia and Lisa Baucom, Mary Beth Baucom and Donna Kay Baucom all of Dyersburg, Tennessee and two special friends, Michelle Lumley of Friendship, Tennessee and Rhonda Gibson of Newbern, Tennessee.
Pallbearers will be Sammy White, Sam Johnson, Patrick Sweat, Brock Barr, Chance Barr and John Cody Baucom.
