Gov. designates Dyer County among Healthier Tennessee Communities

NASHVILLE -- Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam and Governor's Foundation for Health and Wellness CEO Richard Johnson designated four West Tennessee communities as Healthier Tennessee Communities on Tuesday. The recognition honors Decatur and Dyer counties, Jackson--Madison County and the City of Germantown for their work to improve the health of their citizens.
