In conjunction with National Small Business Week, each year the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce welcomes community businesses and local entrepreneurs in an effort to showcase and support services provided and encourage potential clientele.

The 2016 Business Expo was possible because of the support of corporate and event sponsorships. New to the Expo this year was the "Taste of Dyer County" stations, providing samples and tastings of local restaurants' specialties. Restaurants and markets including The Bus Stop, The Farmhouse, Lupo's Italian Steakhouse, and Miss Vicki's served scrumptious spreads and delectable menu options.

Over 60 participants were present at this year's Expo. Fifty-seven vendor booths ranging from small business to non-profit organizations, and even large industries showcased their services and products for the community while the four "Taste of Dyer County" tables promoted their plethora of palate pleasers.

This year over 55 vendors gave away door prizes along with free goodies and promotional items and the Chamber had a $200 cash prize drawing, $300 cash prize drawing and a flat-screen TV drawing.
