Dyer County General Sessions, Juvenile Courts announce rescheduled dates

Due to the Tennessee Supreme Courts order on March 13, the Dyer County General Sessions Court and Dyer County Juvenile Court is hereby giving notice of rescheduled court dates.

Rescheduled dates are as follows:

Dyer County General Sessions:

*If a case was set at 10 a.m., it will be reset to the following dates at 10 a.m.

- March 16, 2020 criminal cases shall be reset to April 6, 2020

- March 18, 2020 civil cases shall be reset to April 22, 2020

- March 19, 2020 criminal cases shall be reset to April 9, 2020

- March 23, 2020 criminal cases shall be reset to April 13, 2020

- March 25, 2020 civil cases shall be rest to April 29, 2020

- March 26, 2020 criminal cases shall be reset to April 16, 2020

- March 30, 2020 criminal cases shall be reset to April 30, 2020

Dyer County Juvenile Court:

*If a case was set at 9 a.m., it will be reset to the following dates at 9 a.m.

- March 25, 2020 juvenile cases at 8:30 a.m. shall be reset to April 29, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

- March 17, 2020 child support cases shall be reset to May 5, 2020

- March 20, 2020 juvenile cases shall be reset to April 17, 2020

- March 24, 2020 child support cases shall be rest to May 19, 2020
