DSCC announces updated plans to operational schedule

Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) has announced that its three locations in Dyersburg, Covington and Trenton will be closed to the public amid COVID-19 concerns. Students who do not have computers or technology available will be invited on-site for distribution beginning March 23.

Registration for May session, and summer and fall semesters will begin March 30.

On March 13, the College announced that all in-person courses will be transitioned to an online format with classes beginning March 23. Students will use the Zoom app to meet with their classes as scheduled. More information regarding Zoom and how to access classes can be found at www.dscc.edu/coronavirus on the student link. Students can also utilize Zoom for virtual tutoring assistance from the Academic Success Center and Student Support Services. While no known cases of COVID-19 have been reported at any DSCC location, the College is taking extra precautions to keep the safety of its students, faculty, staff and the community a priority.
