Targets: shoulders and legs
1. Step onto a sturdy bench with your right foot.
2. Once steady on the bench, lift your left knee as you press fists or dumbbells straight up above your head.
3. Lower the weights as you step down and return to starting position.
4. Repeat with the left foot.
(If you’re worried about balance, skip the bench and step forward instead.)
