5-lb. Dumbbell
Targets: Stability Back
1. While standing on one leg - back parallel to floor - leg extended from behind
2. Hinge forward at hips- stomach over the floor- hold your position.
3 Dumbbell in one hand - arm is extended down to the floor - pull back, keeping your elbow close to your side.
Do 10-15 repetitions on each side.
