Commissioner Schwinn visit to DPS

On Friday, April 9, Tennessee Education Commissioner Dr. Penny Schwinn and members of her department visited Dyersburg Primary School. While on campus, Dr. Schwinn spoke with Dyersburg City Schools and DPS staff and administrators, local leaders, and field representatives, and she also visited four classrooms to observe early literacy lessons.
