Cattle Receipts: 624 Last week: 688 Last year: 1081
Compared to the same sale last week, Slaughter cows and bulls steady.
Steers mostly steady. Heifers and bulls steady to 2.00 lower. Quality
fair to good. Demand moderate to weak.
Feeders: 529 Slaughter: 59 Replacements: 36
Slaughter cows made up 12 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 2
percent, replacement cows 10 percent, and feeders 77 percent. The feeder
supply included 48 percent steers, 33 percent heifers, and 19 percent
bulls. Near 21 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
