TBI searches for Lake County shooting suspect

On Wednesday afternoon, January 20, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation asked for the public’s help in identifying a shooting suspect who reportedly shot and killed a Lake County woman.

According to the TBI in a Twitter post, Birdie Terry of Tiptonville was shot on January 10, 2021 in her driveway on McBride Street. The TBI added Terry later succumbed to her injuries.

TBI agents are asking the public’s help in identifying those responsible. Those with any information are asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND or email TipsToTBI@tn.gov.
