DEA Take Back Day set for Oct. 26

DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be held from 10-2 p.m. at the Dyer County Sheriff's Department, located at 401 East Cedar St. in Dyersburg. A second location will be at Newbern Drug Healthmart, located at 624 Nora Drive in Newbern. Residents are encouraged to bring all unwanted or expired medication to either location. Resources will be available including medication lockboxes and overdose prevention kits.
