Held in the Dyersburg High School gym at 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 30, the event showed firsthand that exercise can be fun.
Dr. Randy Olson of Restoration Orthopedics also provided a short presentation on carpal tunnel and trigger finger, with a question and answer session following the talk.
A program of Dyersburg Regional Medical Center, the Healthy Woman program offers resources, information and inspiration to local women and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
The next Healthy Woman event will take place in August.
