Wings Over Halls Air Show

The Dyersburg Army Air Base Association presented its annual Wings Over Halls Air Show on Saturday and Sunday, Aug 18 and 19.

A West Tennessee tradition, the air show celebrates the history of the Dyersburg Army Air Base, a former B-17 training facility located in Halls during World War II. The show featured exhibits, reinactors, booths, simulators, food vendors, rides in helicopters and selected aircraft, and highly anticipated aerial shows.

Veterans were honored during a special ceremony both days of the event.
