Rea named 2013 SBA Women in Business Champion of the Year

Advantage Manufacturing Inc. President Wanda Rea was named 2013 SBA Women in Business Champion of the Year for Tennessee. This is the second consecutive year that the statewide award winner has been nominated by Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Dyersburg State Community College Director Maleia Evans. Community leaders from both Dyer and Crockett counties met at the Advantage Manufacturing facility in Friendship to celebrate the award on Monday, Aug. 12. Small Business Administration Tennessee District Director Walter Perry III, SBA Tennessee Deputy Director Saundra Jackson and Rural Development Area Director Harriet Cannon were all on hand for the event, as well as Evans, Dyer County leaders and community partners.
