Two Dyersburg High School students have been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an anthrax hoax at the school Friday morning. "We arrested a 15-year -old female and a 16-year-old male and charged them with disorderly conduct," said Lt. Steve Isbell of the Dyersburg Police Department Youth Guidance Division.
