Aggravated burglary plea brings 4 1/2-year prison sentence

A Dyersburg man pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary Tuesday in Dyer County Circuit Court and was sentenced to serve 4 1/2 years in prison. Lynn Wallace, 37, of 28 Harton Row, pleaded guilty before and was sentenced by Judge Lee Moore. If Wallace can get into a long-term drug and alcohol treatment program before he is taken into Tennessee Department of Correction custody he will be furloughed to attend the program as a part of his plea arrangement. ...
