A Newbern teen-ager who thought his charge for using a fake ID at a local convenience store was dismissed in Dyersburg Municipal Court last week faces a new court date. The charge against Jason Crum, 19, of the 800 block of Palestine Road, was dismissed by mistake March 19 by City Judge Lyman Ingram when a letter from a February driving while impaired charge against Crum was accepted as evidence he had received counseling from his pastor for the fake ID charge. ...
