Tennessee Sen. Bill Frist is trying to squeeze $400 million into the already over-budget anti-terrorism bill being considered by the U.S. Senate. County students claim majority of prizes in state duck stamp contest

Dyer County students snared more than a quarter of all the awards in Tennessee's eighth annual Junior Duck Stamp Contest this year.
