Charge dismissed in boating fatality

A Dyer County man involved in a fatal boat collision was cleared of a boating while intoxicated charge Tuesday in Henderson County General Sessions Court. Test results showed that Robert L. Williams, 36, of Millsfield Highway, had a blood alcohol content of 0.03 percent, a court spokesperson said.
