Watkins sentenced to probation, fine, community service in obstruction of justice case

Former Lake County General Sessions Judge James L. Watkins was sentenced Thursday to serve three years of supervised probation in U.S. District Court. Watkins pleaded guilty June 3 to a criminal information charging him with obstruction of justice. Maze named Dyersburg Manor's 2002 Caregiver of the Year

When Dierdia Maze began working as a nursing assistant at Dyersburg Manor in 1989, it didn't take her long to decide she wanted to become a nurse. Three years after making that decision, Maze began nursing school and gained her LPN degree.
