The City of Dyersburg will be seeking sewer fees from local radio station WTRO-WASL and other property owners within the city limits -- even though they are presently not hooked to existing lines. When the water and sewer committee met Monday to again struggle with the thorny issue of a possible 40-percent rate increase, Alderman Bob Dean questioned public works employees about enforcement of ordinances demanding city residents pay sewer fees when lines are available to them. ...
