The Dyersburg City School System has named three Teachers of the Year for 2002-03: Deborah Criswell, Bill Van Sant and Linda Durham. Criswell is a grade 9-12 resource instructor at DHS. She is in her fifth year at the school and has had over 14 years of teaching experience.
