Three juveniles charged with animal cruelty will be evaluated by a local psychologist but were placed on house arrest Thursday by Dyer County Juvenile Judge Charles V. Moore Jr. The three had been ordered on Wednesday by Juvenile Referee Lyman Ingram to undergo a 30-day inpatient mental evaluation in Memphis, but Moore overturned that portion of Ingram's order while upholding the decision to send the three to an evaluation and adding that they will be on house arrest indefinitely...
