Nearly six months after he shot Stanley Cook to death outside Trimble City Hall, Trimble policeman Robert Horner tendered his resignation Wednesday. Horner, 52, shot and killed Stanley Cook, 35, Dec. 10 on the south side of the town's city hall. Investigation into stabbing death of prison inmate continues: Bivens
