Settlement reached before country club lawsuit goes to trial

An undisclosed settlement was agreed between the Dyersburg Country Club and a woman who fell while moving into the basement of the building during a tornado alert in June 2001 a day before the trial was scheduled to start. The civil suit was filed on behalf of Mary Curtis Moore.
