Taking undercover agent's money leads to jail term

A Dyersburg man pleaded guilty Tuesday in circuit court to running off with the money without providing cocaine and was sentenced to serve a jail term and house arrest. Michael Christian, 20, of 1202 East Court St., pleaded guilty to twice selling less than .5 gram of crack cocaine and once running away with an undercover agent's money and failing to provide the drug and was sentenced by Judge Lee Moore to serve six months in the Dyer County Jail and four years on community corrections (house arrest) on each of the cocaine sale charges and six months in the county jail on the theft of property worth less than $500 charge.. ...
