Bob Stevens has felt like a prisoner in his own home. The 55-year-old Dyersburg man hasn't gone many places in the last few years. He suffered a stroke nearly six years ago and has been using a wheelchair ever since. Two years ago, he got a motorized wheelchair. While that has been a blessing, it also has been a problem.
