'Pirate ship' will bring dental care to students

A pirate ship could soon be headed to schools in Dyersburg and Dyer County. The "Happy Tooth Pirate Ship," a mobile dental office, plans to start its rounds here. The pirate ship is one of three specially equipped buses purchased by the Tennessee Department of Health to bring dental care to students in kindergarten through the eighth grade. Police to prosecute airport trespassers

The Dyersburg Police Department will begin to prosecute trespassers at the Dyersburg Municipal Airport after concerns were raised in a recent airport committee meeting about dangers posed by four-wheelers and horses on the runways.
