It has been a round-about journey that ended in the place where it began, and Mike Stephens is perfectly satisfied with the circuitous route his life took. He started in Dyersburg, and now he has returned home. Stephens, 41, who was recently made manager of the Kroger store on Lake Road, was a 1980 graduate of Dyersburg High School. City board sets special committee meetings
