Bodies misplaced, reburied at Fairview

Man indicted in murder of woman in fire

A Dyersburg man was indicted this week by a federal grand jury in Memphis on nine counts, including use of interstate facilities to commit murder for hire. Danny Winberry of the Evansville neighborhood was also indicted on federal charges of arson, use of fire to commit a felony, possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, attempted bribery of witnesses, obstruction of justice and soliciting others to murder and assault witnesses...
