Visitors to "Key Ingredients: America by Food," a Smithsonian Institution exhibit on display in Ripley, will find a sprinkling of Choctaw culture. The American Indian Affairs of Tennessee, the Choctaw organization based in Lauderdale County, is hosting the traveling exhibit through Oct. 23.
