Man arrested for drug possession after fleeing police on foot

March 4, attempted to stop a vehicle at approximately 2:40 p.m. after observing the vehicle speeding through the school zone on U.S. Highway 51 Bypass in front of Dyersburg High School. According to the police report, the vehicle turned onto Parr Avenue and into Peach Tree Apartments where the driver, Chad Williams, 25, of 775 Tucker Street in Dyersburg, fled on foot...
