Bailey drops effort to withdraw guilty pleas to murders

Confessed triple murderer Jamie Bailey Tuesday dropped his effort to withdraw his guilty pleas to the crimes. During an appearance in Dyer County Circuit Court Bailey told Judge Lee Moore he wanted to withdraw his motion to withdraw his pleas. "Mr. Bailey filed pro se (for himself) a motion to withdraw his pleas," District Attorney General Phil Bivens told Moore.
