A Dyer County Circuit Court jury Thursday found Heath Lee Rogers guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Seth Moss. Judge Lee Moore set a sentencing hearing for Rogers for 1 p.m. on Jan. 10. The range of sentences is from 3-6 years in prison.
