Report notes state science education improving

Trimble man snared in TennCare fraud sting pleads guilty

A second person indicted in Dyer County on TennCare charges pleaded guilty Tuesday in Dyer County Circuit Court. Jimmy Wayne Ring, 39, of 53 Seltz St., Trimble, pleaded guilty to three charges of obtaining TennCare medical assistance by fraud and three of sale of Dihydrocodeinone and was sentenced by Judge Lee Moore to serve three years of community corrections (house arrest) and to pay $785 in restitution to the Dyer County Sheriff's Department drug fund...
