Second suspect in purse theft turns himself over to police

A Dyersburg man who thought he was going to drug rehabilitation Tuesday, instead was sent back to jail to dry out by Dyer County Circuit Judge Lee Moore. Dyersburg State Community College has won a national award for being a leader in the area of information technology, it was announced Monday by a magazine that serves the higher education community. DSCC will be mentioned in the August-September issue of the magazine "EdTech: Focus on Higher Education."
