Man wrecks two months after crash caused arm amputation

A Dyersburg man was injured Tuesday morning in a crash on Millsfield Highway, almost two months to the day he wrecked a motorcycle that caused an arm to be amputated. According the Tennessee Highway Patrol report, Kelly Council was driving a Mustang convertible northbound on Highway 78 when at about 8:56 a.m. the car veered across the road and flipped into a ditch near Craig Road.
