Transplant looting case trial reset again

The couple charged in December 2005 with looting an estimated $30,000 from their sick grandson's kidney transplant fund had their court hearing delayed again Tuesday in Dyer County Circuit Court. Charles Norman Vaughn Sr., 61, and Phyllis Vaughn, 55, of the 700 block of Wendell Ave. in Dyersburg, are each charged with a felony count of theft of more than $10,000.
