State budget snafu withholds funds for 911 district; purchase delayed

The Dyer County E911 Board on Wednesday approved a delay in the purchase of a truck to pull the mobile emergency operations center due to a mistake in the state budget. EOC communications director Mark Grant asked the board to take no action on approving a request for bids for the vehicle planned for March. Final piece approved to build harbor
