The Old Mound St. Jude Trail Ride will make a few changes this year, with a new name and a new location for its ninth annual event. A Trimble man was arrested Tuesday on a federal warrant after he was indicted secretly in February by a grand jury. Embry Pernell Harvey, 33, is charged with two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Maxey refuses seat after vote on county zoning appeals board
