Downtown shopping center sold to investor

A Florida investor has purchased the downtown Dyersburg shopping center on King Avenue. 54 Street Tennessee LLC paid $700,000 to Pennwards Associates, L.P., for the 125 King Ave. address. The parcel currently has tenants Hood's and Here's Hope Counseling Center in the largest building off Lake Road, which has 32,262 square feet.
