Felony case dropped after agreement

Prosecution was dropped Friday against a woman charged with felony theft. An arrest warrant was issued on Jan. 9 for Susan Baggett, 33, 91 Baggett St., Miston. Icy bridges: Five wrecks in two hours during sleet conditions

Icy conditions across the county caused five traffic accidents within a two-hour span on Tuesday.
