Mary Helen Allen, 80, of Tiptonville, formerly of Caruthersville, Mo., died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Ridgely Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Crockett's Chapel Methodist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home - Tiptonville Chapel with the Rev. Marita Burkeen officiating. Sheriff elected to lead state association
